Michael Mancha is the CEO at Pilum, bringing over 20 years of experience in public safety, military intelligence, and investigations. He has a strong background in managing diverse investigations, strategic security operations, and leading teams in both combat and civilian settings. Michael holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA, with extensive expertise in intelligence analysis and protection solutions, making him a seasoned leader in security and investigative services.
Director of Operations
Eric Kuhns brings over 30 years of expertise in military, law enforcement, and security management. As Pilum’s Director of Operations, he oversees security contracts, personnel training, and executive protection. His background includes roles with the U.S. Marine Corps, a law enforcement officer with the Sherrif’s Office, an officer with a district attorney’s office, and specialized security services overseas. He is skilled in single-officer response, vulnerability assessments, and emergency decision-making, making him an exceptional leader in security operations.

He excels in firearms instruction, executive protection, and single-officer response tactics. His background includes roles as a police officer, detective, and military veteran, with extensive experience in crisis management and team leadership. Eric is also a certified trainer in active shooter response and crisis intervention, enhancing safety measures through his expert training programs.
